About Us

Cyberkinetics Neurotechnology Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:CYKN) is a neurotechnology innovator focused on the commercialization of two proprietary platforms for direct neural sensing in the brain, real-time neural signal decoding technology, and neural stimulation. The Company's mission is to commercialize products based upon these powerful platform technologies that restore function, including limb movement, sensation and communication, for those with a wide range of central nervous system conditions, diseases and injuries, such as spinal cord injury, ALS and other motor neuron diseases.

Cyberkinetics' proprietary neural stimulation technology platform is being developed to regenerate neural fibers that form functional connections, restoring tactile sensation and movement for those with spinal cord injuries and, ultimately, a wide range of central nervous system injuries, diseases and conditions.

Cyberkinetics' proprietary neural sensing technology platform provides the ability to sense, transmit, analyze and apply the language of neurons in both short- and long-term settings. Our award-winning technology was originally developed and sold as research products to neuroscientist around the world. Today, we are broadening the application of our technology to develop clinical products.

We pride ourselves on a Management Team and Board of Directors with proven track records at leading medical device and biotechnology companies. Cyberkinetics is publicly traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol, CYKN.

The Company is headquartered in Foxborough, Massachusetts, and conducts engineering, research and manufacturing operations in Salt Lake City, Utah.
